What is CCES PTA?
- CCES PTA stands for Cooper City Elementary School Parent Teacher Association. We are members of and held accountable to the Florida PTA and National PTA. We are a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
How can I join CCES PTA?
- You can join the CCES PTA by signing up at the store.
What are the benefits of joining CCES PTA?
- Membership dues are tax deductible.
- Coupon booklet given to every member for discounts at local businesses.

How can I help CCES PTA?
- Become a member.
- Participate in PTA meetings, events, and fundraisers; make a donation or become a sponsor.
- Volunteer your time (after being approved as a volunteer by Broward County Public Schools).
Are my donations tax deductible?
- Only cash donations, sponsorships, and membership dues are tax deductible because we are a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

What are the CCES PTA fundraisers or Events?
- Past year fundraisers and events include Bingo Night, Scholastic Book Fairs, Walk-a-Thon, Fall Festival, Movie Nights, Five Below Fundraiser, Painting Party, Playground Party, School Pictures, Spirit-wear sales, Holiday Boutique and more!
How is the money spent?
- In past years CCES PTA has purchased the following items for our school: Student Agendas/Folders, Scholastic News, field trip bus donation (to offset the field trip costs for the parents), Accelerated Reader, teacher/staff appreciation lunches, teacher/staffgifts, End of the year K-5 party supplies, radios, teacher start-up funds, class supplies for specials, bear decoration on the fence, and much more!
- Past projects from the previous PTO include the new marquee sign and the security buzzer for the door to the front office.
